At Bespoke Cuisine Cookery School the classes are small and the atmosphere fun and informal. Demonstration classes have a maximum of 12 participants while hands-on classes have fewer to ensure individual attention. There is always plenty of opportunity to ask questions and try things out. Bespoke Cuisine Cookery School is run by lead tutor and school director Margaret Spence who is a Cordon Bleu and Ballymaloe trained chef. Margaret has worked in the food industry all her adult life she is a dynamic and committed tutor. Margaret is a passionate foodie with a wide variety of interest in all things food related.
