Acclaimed Irish composer, singer-songwriter, and visual artist from Co. Armagh, Barry Kerr has been a touring musician for over two decades. He has collaborated with some of Irelands most renowned artists and was the recipient of the inaugural Liam O’Flynn Award from the National Concert Hall.

Aoife Nic Dhomhnaill (fiddle) and Liam Lonergan (concertina) have been playing together since childhood. They are from the northside of Dublin and both attended music classes at Ceoltóirí Chluain Tarbh and DIT (now TUD) Conservatory. They spent their summers attending workshops and performing at traditional music festivals throughout the country.

This event is part of the Sound Town initiative, a collaboration of local events & organisers building a new vision — Sound Town Night, taking place on the last Friday of every month in the heart of Drogheda town, in collaboration with Drogheda’s Night-Time Economy Adviser and supported by the Drogheda Purple Flag group.
