The Louth Science Festival is back! From 7 to 21 November 2026, libraries and community spaces across County Louth will host a fantastic line-up of over 60 free, family-friendly events for all ages.

The theme of this year's festival is 'Water: From Molecule to Ocean', and invites people to explore the vital role that water plays in our everyday lives, our health, our environment, and our future. Through hands-on workshops, engaging talks, creative activities, and interactive experiences, audiences will discover the science behind one of our planet's most precious resources.

All events are free, but advance booking through the relevant Louth library branch is essential.
