SommiT Ireland is a three-day gathering of Food and Wine enthusiasts and professionals!

In May 2026, SommiT is moving from Waterford to Drogheda. There is stunning produce in the Boyne Valley, world -class seafood along the Louth coast, and now, County Louth is proud to be home to the largest planting of wine grapes in Ireland!

In addition to events for professionals, SommiT includes a special day (Sunday) for the Food & Wine Enthusiasts among us! You will meet chefs, farmers, winemakers, brewers, importers, restauranteurs. There will be food, wine, beer, cider… and get ready for a few surprises!
